You agree that by the act of viewing and/or downloading the content of this website as a guest, becoming a register member or by payment for such services offered by the Website You are agreeing to the venue for all disputes arising from Your membership or use of this Website to be that of the City of London, United Kingdom. The Company reserves the right to change the venue of such disputes at anytime without re-advisement to the You and that such venue changes will be posted on the Website. 3. PURCHASING CREDIT; CANCELLATION. By purchasing credits and accessing content displayed in our Website is acceptance of our terms and conditions and agree to the following: a) Fees to purchase credits to our website are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Company. Our fee schedule is published on the Website and it is Your responsibility to regularly check the pricing to keep up-to-date with those scheduled charges; b) No refunds are issued for unused credits. You hereby authorize the Company or it's Designated Access Provider, to charge Your credit card for the amount entered by You in the payment form for the purchase of credits and Your intention of utilizing those credits on the Website for the one-on-one private show product, Strip Poker. c) By clicking on the submit button you are also agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of our Designated Access Provider. Charges will discreetly appear as I0BILLING.COM*3QJA on your credit card statement.

4. RE-BILLING. There is no scheduled re-billing. All transactions are processed solely upon Your direction to Us, on a one by one re-purchase basis. Each repurchase of credits You make is a reaffirmation that you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and that you authorize the Company or it's Designated Access Provider to charge your credit card accordingly for those services.

5. SECURITY. You are responsible for the security of your username and password. If You believe there has been any breach of security regarding your membership whether it be the unauthorized disclosure of a username or password it is your obligation to advise us immediately that You have become aware of such a breach.

6. FRAUDULENT CLAIMS. You agree that payment for services on the Website has been made by You, the cardholder and that You will not attempt to defraud the Company and that You will be liable to the Company for such damages if such fraud is made known to Us.

7. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP. Membership to the Website may be terminated at any time by the Company, if actions by any member are deemed to be inappropriate, harassing or in any way illegal in the country of origin of the member or the governing laws of the country for which the owners / operators reside or that of the offended party.

8. WARRANTIES & LIMITATIONS OF COMPANY LIABILITY. The Company expresses there are no warranties for the content displayed herein on the Website, that all services are provided by the Company on an "as is" basis. You will not hold the Company liable for any interruptions of service (downtime) for any content displayed on this Website. The Company will do it's utmost to ensure any interruptions to the service are resolved in a reasonable amount of time to limit any inconvenience by You the customer.
